A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter and Ronda Starnell sold their home at 6926 Lacantera Circle to Nathan and Lisa Ann Clark, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.46 million. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 4,444 square feet of living area.

Tom and Gail Bagley, of University Park, sold their home at 16025 Daysailor Trail to Charles and Sheryl Seitz, of Bradenton, for $1,049,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,024 square feet of living area.
