Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch home sells for $1,225,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 3 and Aug. 7. A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Kelly Curry, of Nova Scotia, Canada, sold their home at 12439 Highfield Circle to Jeffrey and Krista Millea, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,225,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 4,055 square feet of living area.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Jesse and Nancy Vance, of Okatie, S.C., sold their home at 14535 Secret Harbor Place to Ricardo Gonzalez and Vivian Montenegro, of Lakewood Ranch, for $837,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 3,973 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $801,000 in 2014.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Frank and Angela Alfonso, of Ellijay, Ga., sold their home at 22531 Morning Glory Circle to Vern Higberg, of Alpharetta, Ga., for $810,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,002 square feet of living area. 

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Stephen and Carol Lewis sold their home at 7254 Lake Forest Glen to Hank and Rhonda Williams, of Lakewood Ranch, for $525,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2013.

David Kempa and Patricia Whitehouse, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12323 Thornhill Court to Alexander Presley, of Lakewood Ranch, for $470,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,467 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $402,000 in 2010.

Dennis Frendo, of Grosse Pointe, Mich., sold his home at 7335 Riviera Cove to Sandra Schafer, of Lakewood Ranch, for $360,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,426 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $286,500 in 2010.

Allen Brown and Anna Bacher-Brown, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 10619 Cheval Place to Joseph and Monica Veto, of Bradenton, for $520,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,581 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $459,000 in 2012.
