President and CEO for Goodwill Manasota Bob Rosinsky was elected to the Goodwill Industries International board of directors. The decision was made recently during the annual Goodwill meeting for executives and board leaders in San Diego, C.A.

"I am happy to be a part of the Goodwill Industries International board, where we can work together to ensure that our organization is reaching new milestones and helping more people," Rosinsky said in a release. "Goodwill is amazing – we take things that people don’t want anymore, we take people who are too often overlooked, and with dedication, compassion and some business savvy we have created a sustainable business that benefits people and communities worldwide. It is my honor to be recognized as a leader in this effort."

Rosinsky has been with the Goodwill organization for more than 40 years and has served in his current position since Jan. 2013. He began his career after graduating from Carroll College in Waukesha, WI. Rosinsky has been apart of Goodwill in Ohio and Florida along with helping train executives throughout the organization.

“Bob is intimately familiar with the Goodwill mission, having spent more than four decades in various capacities with the organization,” said Jim Gibbons, president and CEO of Goodwill Industries International in a release. “I am pleased to have him as a trusted and valuable member of our board of directors, and I look forward to his input and guidance as we work together over the next three years.”
