Grosvenor Gardens home seels for $1.1 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 10 and Aug.14. A home in Grosvenor Gardens and Lake Club top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Galleria Lagniappe LLC sold the home at 8335 Grosvenor Court to James Courter and Mark Hodgson, of University Park, for $1.1 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,247 square feet of living area.

Forrest and Carole Rivinius sold their home at 16017 Daysailor Trail to Thomas Farr, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.1 million. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 3,030 square feet of living area. 

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Gregory and Kathryn Chorny, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13609 Legends Walk Terrace to Chao-Wei Huang and Yiting He, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,002,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,133 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.8 million in 2006.

Ronald and Letitia Lehr, of Raymond, Maine, sold their home at 7675 Silverwood Court to Bryan Dwyer and Samantha Theobald, of Lakewood Ranch, for $451,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,252 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2010.

Peter and Judith Marcelli, of Glenwood, Md., sold their home at 7118 Orchid Island Place to Kenneth and Sherry Robinson, of Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,253 square feet of living area. 

Richard and Ericka Minnitti, of Charlotte, N.C., sold their home at 7739 U.S. Open Loop to Lawrence and Jacquelyn Appell, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $379,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2012. 

Tropical Sands Investment LLC sold the home at 7466 Edenmore St. to Daniel Hackman, of Lakewood Ranch, for $375,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,186 square feet of living area.

Stephen and Elizabeth Rinehart sold their home at 6906 River Birch Court to Philip and Corine Baldinger, of Bradenton, for $765,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 5,197 square feet of living area. 

Lutz and Helga Bengner, of Sarasota, sold their home at 10310 Tamo Shanter Place to Linda Weiss and Joseph Hibbard, of Bradenton, for $545,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,972 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2008.
