Bird Key home sells for $4.3 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between August 10 and August 14.

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jerald and Patricia Good, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 433 Meadow Lark Drive to John and Gail Craig, of Shillington, Pa., for $4.3 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, five and a half baths, a pool and 5,965 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $5.75 million in 2007.

Sleepy Lagoon
Bonaire LBK LLC sold the home at 6381 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Valerie Brown, of Lakeland, Tenn., for $1,675,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 2014.

Longboat Harbour Towers
Richard Arenstrup and Donna Walker sold their Unit 704 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Vanda Soper, of Colchester, Conn., for $683,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $493,000 in 2013.

Sea Gate Club
Lillian Hedman, of Manchester Center, Vt., sold her Unit 8-F condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Palma, of Ft. Salonga, N.Y., for $650,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area.

Arbomar Apartments
Peter and Teresa Dinicola, of Rumson, N.J., sold their Unit 202 condominium at 4485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey and Sherry Baker, of Lutz, for $560,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,022 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $466,000 in 2003.

Longboat Shores
Shelley McDermed, of Sarasota, sold her home at 680 Longview Drive to Upscale Properties LLC for $475,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $64,000 in 1976.

Windward Bay
Janet Rush, trustee, of Grandville, Mich., sold the Unit PH-5 condominium at 4500 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brian and Eileen Gillen, of Moorestown, N.J., for $414,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2013.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Oakwood Enterprises LLC sold the Unit 179 condominium at 723 El Centro to John Pignoli and Winifred Cooper, of Downingtown, Pa., for $330,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 2014.

Longboat Harbour
Ruth Warner, of Ledyard, Conn., sold the Unit 301 condominium at 4400 Exeter Drive to Beverley Lorie, of Tuckahoe, N.Y., for $237,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $289,000 in 2003.
