Westway Drive home sells for $5,475,000 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 16 and Nov. 20.

A home on Lido tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Modus Operandi Partners LLC sold the home at 1435 Westway Drive to 1435 Westway LLC for $5,475,000. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,566 square feet of living area.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club
Jacques Forton and Mary Thompson, trustees, of Laguna Niguel, Calif., sold the Unit 205 condominium at 2231 Harbourside Drive to James and Lynn Brandolini, of Longboat Key, for $730,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,219 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $670,000 in 2013.
 

Westchester Condominium Apartments
James Musel, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 501 condominium at 4825 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bradford and Debra Schinbeckler, of Longboat Key, for $627,500. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $630,000 in 2003.

Tiffany Place
Ronald Arder, trustee, of Bradenton, sold the Unit 212 condominium at 7000 Gulf Drive to Faith Micho, trustee, of Grand Rapids, Mich., for $485,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,259 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2003.

Palm Shadows One LLC sold the Unit 182 condominium at 6800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Chad and Laurel Schmitt, of Bartlett, Ill., for $235,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $119,000 in 1999.

William Fuller III and Martha Nikla, of Sarasota, sold their home at 316 Bobwhite Way to Jeffrey and Leslie Murphy, of S. Hamilton, Mass., for $865,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,536 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $283,500 in 2004.

Kenneth and Mary Rice, of Sarasota, sold their Units 1204 and 1206 condominiums at to Grant and Alma Bruce, of Sandy Springs, Ga., for $710,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1997.

The Riviera of Lido Beach
Michael Post and John Post sold their Unit 4-B condominium at 131 Garfield Drive to James Post and Martine Trahan, of Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2002.
