1 — The Tampa Mustangs 18U softball team, made up mostly of girls from the Lakewood Ranch area, went undefeated to win the USA Elite Select National Qualifier Nov. 20 through Nov. 22, in Valdosta, Ga.

2 — The Lakewood Ranch High girls basketball team beat Tampa Catholic 60-37 in non-district action Nov. 23.

3 — Curtis Cobb scored 13 points and added five assists to help lead the Braden River High boys basketball team to a 62-55 overtime victory against Cardinal Mooney Nov. 20.

4 — The Lakewood Ranch High boys basketball team improved to 3-0 on the season with a 77-38 victory versus Sarasota Military Academy Nov. 24.

5 — The Cardinal Mooney boys and girls soccer teams both posted victories versus Lemon Bay Nov. 23. The boys won 4-2 and the girls won 2-1.
