Equity Trust Co., Custodian, FBO George Palermo and Equity Trust Co., Custodian, FBO Teresa Lynn Angenendt sold the home at 460 Pheasant Drive to Anne Mohl and Jeffrey Mohl, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.11 million. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,221 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2003.

Nancy Malik sold the Unit G5-406-B condominium at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lindsay Ann Wardman, of Longboat Key, for $1.1 million. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $127,800 in 1977.
