Disorderly conduct and criminal mischief: A man called the Sheriff’s Office to report that he had caught a person on video damaging his hedge. He had suspected these people of vandalism since 2011, which was why he installed a camera. On Nov. 21 at 9:59 p.m., the camera caught a man running and trying to jump over the hedge. On the same video, the same person repeatedly jumped on the plant to trample it. The person then took of his shoes and placed them on top on the hedge, but they were later retrieved by a friend. The video was placed into property and evidence and a capias request was completed for the hedge jumper.
