Lake Club home tops area sales at $2.5 million

A home in Lake Club topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Steven Gardner and Greta Gardner, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7933 Waterton Lane to John Compton, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, for $2,525,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,511 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,650,000 in 2010.

Concession
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 19425 Ganton Ave. to Barbara Schneiderman, trustee, of Bloomfield, Mich., for $1,550,000. Built in 2015, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,161 square feet of living area.
