Rather than performing a Christmas play complete with Santa and Rudolph costumes, Gullett Elementary students put their own spin on the holiday season.
In honor of the animated film "Toy Story," B.D. Gullett Elementary students performed "Toys in Storage" Dec. 15 and Dec. 16 in the school's cafeteria.
Students portrayed toys, such as Snoopy and Barbie, that just wanted a home by Christmas. They hoped to swap the warehouse of a toy store for a new family.
Toys came to life when store employees left the building.
"Will we find a home?" Madison Liles asked.
