A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gary Schuster, trustee, and Suzanne Schuster, of Bradenton, sold the home at 8016 Royal Birkdale Circle to
David and Alice Young, of Bethesda, Md., for $980,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,610 square feet of living area.

John and Amanda Buscher, of London, sold their home at 8242 Abingdon Court to Roger and Linda Stelle, of Cary, Ill., for $580,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $699,000 in 2008.

Edgewater Village
Matthew and Melanie Coakley, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6508 Windjammer Place to W. Timothy Finn II, of Russell Springs, Ky., for $549,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,948 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2006.
