A home in Longboat Key Gulfside tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Bill and Mary Lou Johnson, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 5965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph Sena, of Belleair Beach,
for $5.3 million.

Built in 2007, it has six bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 10,087 square feet of living area.

Triton Bend
Triton Bend IV LLC sold the home at 611 Triton Bend to Alan and Sherry Fischman, of Junction, N.Y., for $1 million. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2013.

Islands West
Warren Van Der Voort Jr., Gary Van Der Voort and Craig Van Der Voort, trustees, sold the Unit 4-F condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raj and Nalini Sharma, of Sharon, Mass., for $825,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area.

Joan Brower, of New York City, sold the Unit 7-A condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alan and Pamela Pryor, of Longboat Key, for $750,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Jane McConnell, Thomas Lyons and Richard Lyons, trustees, sold the home at 760 Lyons Lane to Timothy and Cynthia Anderson, of Cincinnati, for $725,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,000 in 1985.

Beachplace
Charles and Judi Lavender sold their Unit 602 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dellave Holdings LLC for $625,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $237,500 in 1994.

Harbour Oaks II
Connie Payton, of Hoffman Estates, Ill., sold the home at 2319 Harbour Oaks Drive to George and Cheryl Press, of Longboat Key, for $621,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 1989.

Islander Club of Longboat
Janet Ruggiero, trustee, Robin Ruggiero and Robert Ruggiero sold the Unit 91-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Elyse Schneider, of Trumbull, Conn., for $570,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,500 in 1997.

Buttonwood Cove
Michael and Caroline Olver sold their Unit 303 condominium at 3500 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark Raukar, trustee, of Sylvan Lake, Mich., for $385,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1986.

Beach Harbor Club
Pearl Gurewitz, of Schaumburg, Ill., sold her Unit F-402 condominium at 3810 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Frank and Linda Puett, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for $250,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $62,200 in 1985.

Bird Key
Daniel and Alicja Stolarczyk, of Sarasota, sold their home at 444 Patridge Circle to Gary and Jenny Wesley, trustees, of Leics, United Kingdom, for $1.2 million. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $765,000 in 2001.
George and Patricia Wilkerson sold their home at 241 Bird Key Drive to Jeffrey and Anne Mohl, trustees, of Sarasota, for $590,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2007.
