A home in Field Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Joan Peterson, of Sarasota, sold her home at 4548 Camino Real to Kenneth and Anne Culotta, of Houston, for $2.1 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,348 square feet of living area.

Richard Cameron sold his Unit 903 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Eric Tennen and Polly Davis, of Sarasota, for $1,225,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,187,500 in 2013.

Portofino on the Bay
Barry and Linda Holliday, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 16 condominium at 1650 Assisi Drive to Gary and Delilah Simmons, of Hixson, Tenn., for $550,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a pool and 2,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2012.
