Country Club Village home sells for $1.3 million

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Carrigan, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, sold the home at 7520 Greystone St. to Bernard Kehr, of Bradenton, for $1.3 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,225,000 in 2013.

Pomello Park
Michael and Teresa Towns, of Myakka City, sold two properties at 23605 73rd Ave. E. and 7206 237th St. E. to Dennis and Bonnie Mazaris, of Myakka City, for $640,000. The first, built in 2007, has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,420 square feet of living area. The second, built in 1996, has one bedroom, one bath, a pool and 704 square feet of living area.

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 7280 Verna Bethany Road to Mark Gilberts, of Darlington, Wis., for $467,300. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,377 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,500 in 2004.

Philip and Carmen Topper, of Naples, sold their home at 14718 Bowfin Terrace to Marcia Polese, of Union, N.J., for $550,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,211 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $456,000 in 2012.
