Three-bedroom Lido Key home sells for $1.6 million

A home on Lido tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Vincent and Julie Ciulla, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1300 Westway Drive to Robert and Anne Essner, of Sarasota, for $1.6 million. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,800 square feet of living area.

It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2005.

Country Club Shores
Amerestate Global Investment Group LLC sold the home at 501 Halyard Lane to Barry and Gwendolyn Messer, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2014.

Emerald Pointe South
John and Nicole Wallace, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 11 condominium at 1912 Harbour Links Circle to Playle Investments Inc. for $631,300. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,900 in 2002.

Whitney Beach
TIAA-CREF, trustee, sold the Unit 321 condominium at 6701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James Ciccarello, trustee, of Houston, for $535,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area.

Casa Del Mar
Terry and Linda Douglass, of Wentzville, Mo., sold their Unit 5-A condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Coastal Property Rentals LLC for $370,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,800 in 1987.

Longboat Harbour
Donald and Margaret Edger, of Osprey, sold their Unit 308 condominium at 4430 Exeter Drive to Robert and Lynnette Tosby, of Village of Lakewood, Ill., for $350,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,168 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2004.

Stephen Bahn, of Bolton, Mass., sold his Unit 104 condominium at 4390 Exeter Drive to William Yoder, of Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 756 square feet of living area.

Seaplace
John Emanuel, of Syosset, N.Y., and Christine Stern, of Grayson, Ga., and Ann Wenzler, of Melville, N.Y., sold their Unit G2-204D condominium at 2055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Wayne Beale, of Clifton Park, N.Y., and Debra Audette, of Ballston Lake, N.Y., for $289,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $113,900 in 1986.

St. Armands
Sarasota Harbour Apartments

Terence Luff, trustee, and Suzanne Luff, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 35 condominium at 761 John Ringling Blvd. to Daniel and Mary Gary, of Sarasota, for $283,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $164,000 in 2004.

Chateau Village
James and Carolyn Kuziak, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 202-A condominium at 722 Blvd. of the Presidents to John Cosenza and Ernestine Claxton-Cosenza, of Ardsley, N.Y., for $202,500. Built in 1972, it has one bedroom, one bath and 657 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $64,900 in 1996.
