A home in Sandy Hook tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stephen Moore, trustee, and Jennifer Moore, of Sarasota, sold the home at 26 Sandy Hook Road to Sheri Dwyer, of Sarasota, for $4.9 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,484 square feet of living area.

Pomello Place
William Bernhart and Elizabeth Macaulay sold their home at 1766 Loma Linda St. to Timothy and Katherine Sturm, of Sarasota, for $690,000. Built in 1949, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2013.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1008 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Robert Spindell Jr., of Sarasota, for $650,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $483,500 in 2000.
