Two properties on Bird Key top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeanette Hyde, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 359 W. Royal Flamingo Drive to 359 WRF Invest LLLP for $2,247,500. The first, built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,171 square feet of living area. The second, built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,531 square feet of living area.
They previously sold for $1.5 million in 1995.
Sleepy Lagoon
Alan and Nancy Mertz, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 6609 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Peter and Kristen Laviolette, of Brentwood, Tenn., for $1.2 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,132 square feet of living area.
JPMorgan Chase Bank sold the home at 6541 Gulfside Road to Ash Hale Properties LLC for $815,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,164 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2001.

Judith Kottmeier, trustee, of Festus, Mo., sold the Unit G4-311-B condominium at 1975 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Jackie Michaelides, of Columbus, Ohio, for $815,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2008.
Sean and Ann Murphy, of Dublin, Ireland, sold their Unit M1-604-J condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donald Rimbey and Betty Rimbey, trustees, of Moon Township, Pa., for $499,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2003.
Mark Fiford and Alison Johnston, of Southwest Ranches, sold their Unit G2-104-A condominium at 2055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Campbell Wells Properties LLC for $254,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $49,100 in 1975.

Michael Hinske and Karen Niver, of Huron, Mich., sold their Unit PH-2 condominium at 4215 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Vincent and Lisa Macciocchi, of W. Chester, Ohio, for $812,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,850 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.25 million in 2005.

Edward and Nancy Miller sold their Unit 14-F condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Rogan and Julie Groh-Rogan, of Cincinnati, for $800,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area.

Bryan Bradley, of W. Yorkshire, United Kingdom, sold the home at 451 N. Shore Road to Patrick Nudo, trustee, of Springfield, Ill., for $650,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,041 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2000.

Candeco Ltd. sold the Unit 119 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Regine Glaszer, of Hintersdorf, Austria, for $575,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,032 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $72,000 in 1978.

Norton and Judith Waterman, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 1402 condominium at 1928 Harbourside Drive to Vassiliy and Viktoriya Larchenko, of Denver, for $335,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1995.

Fannie Mae sold the Unit 11 condominium at 420 Firehouse Court to Henry Peelle III, of Sarasota, for $229,900. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $89,000 in 1995.

Gregg and Alexis Heckman, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit A801 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Jane Martin, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.9 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.76 million in 2005.

U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 109 Seagull Lane to Polymathic Properties Inc. for $495,600. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,446 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2001.
