A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Daniel and Michelle Jungers, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12552 Highfield Circle to Charles Riggs, trustee, of Waynesburg, Pa., for $2,325,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 7,221 square feet of living area.

Hawk Island
3615 Hawk Island Drive LLC sold the home at 3615 Hawk Island Drive to Richard and Colleen Balot, of Bradenton, for $1.16 million. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $820,000 in 2009.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Robert and Marsha Greene, of New Port Richey, sold their home at 7969 Royal Birkdale Circle to Jorgen and Mary Jo Hansen, of Lakewood Ranch, for $795,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,745 square feet of living area.
