Threats.

A comic book store owner reported that a regular customer, who is known to act strangely, was acting stranger than normal. He told the owner that his family was cursed since he was 12, which is why he has problems now.

The man was bothering customers and was asked to leave, at which point he gave one of the employees a bag filled with mutilated action figures that had been pierced with screwdrivers. After he left, employees discovered a soup can in the bathroom that had recently housed a small fire.

The man continued to call the store, threatening to burn the store down via its electrical box. He also returned and left a paper on the glass storefront covered in incoherent writing.

The man called while police were on location, and officers advised him to not return to or call the store any more. He rambled in an unintelligible manner, but eventually agreed.

Dispute

A man was involved in a traffic disturbance in which a black Charger was tailgating him. He hit the brakes to let the driver know he was not pleased. At the next intersection, the driver of the Charger exited the vehicle and knocked on the man's window, who was calling 911.

The female passenger of the car behind the man then exited the car and began arguing with the driver of the Charger. The passenger of the Charger then confronted the third party, and there was a brief physical altercation, before they all re-entered their vehicles and left.

The complainant then followed the Charger, which ignited another altercation in a nearby neighborhood when the driver realized he was being followed.
