Country Club East home sells for $975,100

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 29 and Jan. 2.

A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Neal Homes Inc. sold the home at 7327 Haddington Cove to Joseph Rogers, of Lakewood Ranch, for $975,100. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,851 square feet of living area.

Richmond Park
Douglas and Susan Neumann, of University Park, sold their home at 8156 Collingwood Court to James and Kathleen Case, of Bradenton, for $765,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,526 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2013.

River Club South
Kim Boyd sold her home at 7514 Harrington Lane to John Drake Jr. and Carole Sullivan, of Bradenton, for $638,900. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $665,000 in 2008.

Margaret Toter, of Naples, sold her home at 10623 Cheval Place to Mary Owens, trustee, of Bradenton, for $520,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2013.

First Financial Bank, trustee, sold the home at 7447 Edenmore St. to Edenmore LWR Partners LLC for $404,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,186 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,000 in 2011.
