This year’s Jewels on the Bay Designer Showhouse features a three-story home on Siesta Key, boasting 6,000 square feet of living space that was transformed from Mediterranean style to contemporary. Twenty-one spaces were redesigned by 25 of the areas top designers, providing the ultimate showhouse for the 20th anniversary of Jewels on the Bay. The Observer got a sneak peek tour of the modern showhouse from Chair Terrance Leaser to show you what they’ve completed so far.
