The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 29 and Jan. 2.

A condominium in Terrace East tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Karen MacDonald-Basile, trustee, sold the Unit 303 condominium at 5300 Ocean Blvd. to Allan Metrick, Nina Schreiber and Sigrid Balmer, trustees, of Rye Brook, N.Y., for $910,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $635,000 in 2012.

Lynwood Park
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 1620 Hansen St. to Michael Wattleworth, trustee, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,883 square feet of living area.

Cherokee Park
Najjar Construction Inc. sold the home at 1686 South Drive to Clark and Jennie Hall, of Sarasota, for $695,000. Built in 1940, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,254 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2012.

Condominium on the Bay
Cecile Rudolf sold the Unit 312 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Michael and Sandra Moore, of Sarasota, for $645,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1996.

Marquee En Ville
Kimberly Colgate, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 112-B condominium at 235 Cocoanut Ave. to Charles and Leslie Gerhardt, of Sarasota, for $605,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath and 2,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2013.

Jerome and Joan Ennis, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1518 Eastbrook Drive to Keith Blessitt and Joanna Jackowska, of Sarasota, for $565,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,432 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $443,000 in 2002.

Royal St. Andrew
