Country Club Village home sells for $905,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 5 and Jan. 9.

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Sandra Palmer, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7504 Greystone St. to Gerard and Barbara Muldoon, of Wyckoff, N.J., for $905,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2012.

Tidewater Preserve
Marcus and Aimee Smith, of Longwood, sold their home at 1239 Tidewater Court to Robert and Ruth Rist, of Hillsborough, N.J., for $529,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,249 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,900 in 2013.

Cypress Creek Estates
Tony and Linda Markoutsis, of Bradenton, sold their home at 6151 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Jerry and Marcia Deskins, of Bradenton, for $495,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,094 square feet of living area.

Esplanade
Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. sold the home at 12650 Fontana Loop to James and Darlene Grove, of Bradenton, for $470,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,247 square feet of living area.

Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. sold the home at 5305 Vaccaro Court to Susan Gillpatrick, of Bradenton, for $395,800. Built in 2012, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,684 square feet of living area.

Mote Ranch
Ronald and Linda Klineman sold their home at 6832 Coyote Ridge Court to Edward and Sharon Pack, of Cicero, N.Y., for $455,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $343,700 in 2002.

Links at Palm-Aire
John and Patricia Carroll, trustees, of University Park, sold the home at 7608 Links Court to James and C. Joyce McAlpine, of Ontario, Canada, for $450,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,765 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $82,500 in 1991.

Porfirio Arias, trustee, sold the home at 7582 Fairlinks Court to Marvin and Barbara Pearlman, of Sarasota, for $450,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,785 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 1997.

Edgewater Village
Frederick and Suzanne Muir, of Galena, Ill., sold their home at 8050 Waterview Blvd. to Annemarie Medina, of Lakewood Ranch, for $440,800. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,772 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $351,900 in 2001.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 6516 Wind Jammer Place to Mark Loach and Clara Viana, of Great Falls, Va., for $395,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,747 square feet of living area.

Ashley Trace at University Place
Armand and Mary Houze, of University Park, sold their home at 7824 Ashley Circle to Chester Creutzburg and David Martin, of University Park, for $440,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,253 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2006.

Country Meadows
Sylvester Schweiger and Teresa Schweiger sold their home at 14729 Fourth Drive N.E. to Thomas and Tracianna Kundrat, of Bradenton, for $420,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,892 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2007.

Residential Rental LLC sold the home at 1411 Brambling Court to Ronald and Linda Blizzard, of Bradenton, for $370,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,625 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,100 in 2014.

Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the Unit 7941 condominium at 7941 St. Simons St. to Miriam Shumaker, of University Park, for $330,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet of living area.

Old Grove at Greenfield Plantation
Bryan and Kristi Giuliano, of Bradenton, sold their home at 523 Country Lane to Brenda Sypula, of Bradenton, for $283,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2011.

Timothy and Sarah Kempf, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6417 Autumn Woods Way to Steven and Rebecca Smith, of Sarasota, for $259,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,680 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $236,900 in 2013.

Miramar Lagoons at Lakewood Ranch
Fannie Mae sold the Unit 202 condominium at 8411 Miramar Way to Elena Hughes and John Hughes, trustees, of Libertyville, Ill., for $222,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2006.

Lighthouse Cove at Heritage Harbour
Darek Bartol, of Hotchkiss, Colo., sold his home at 7032 Chatum Light Run to FREO Florida LLC for $217,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $117,000 in 2012.

Gates Creek
Brad and Diana Higgins, of Terra Ceia, sold their home at 11109 Third Ave. E. to FREO Florida LLC for $200,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,000 in 2004.

Oakbrooke at River Club North
Janice Froelich, of Bradenton, sold the home at 6602 Oakbrooke Circle to SERC LLC for $200,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,462 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 2009.
