Tower Residences condo sells for $3.15 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 2 and Jan. 5.

A condominium in the Tower Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Lavon Coleman, of Germantown, Tenn., sold her Unit 1501 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Joanne DelMastro and Daniel DelMastro, trustees, of Glastonbury, Conn., for $3.15 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.9 million in 2006.

SARASOTA
Beau Ciel
Anita Pierce Erwin, of Aspen, Colo., sold the Unit 603 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Karen Neilinger, of Sarasota, for $1,065,300. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $820,000 in 2003.

Condominium on the Bay
Lucia Howell, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 20 condominium at 938 Blvd. of the Arts to Glenn and Carol Warr, of Sarasota, for $820,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2002.

South Gate
Bradford Dillingham, of Tampa, sold his home at 2741 Grove St. to The Merchants Group Inc. for $445,200. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,379 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,500 in 2008.

Kim Sargent, of Parrish, sold her home at 3430 Webber St. to Euly Rodriguez-Alvarez and Manuel Cruz, of Sarasota, for $212,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,400 in 2012.

Sunset Towers
Regina Giannaccini, trustee, of Westminster, Md., sold the Unit 806 condominium at 11 Sunset Drive to Jane Taylor and David Taylor, of Sarasota, for $435,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,433 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $132,500 in 1992.

Regency House
Kevin Collins, of Holmes Beach, sold his Unit 503 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Ilse Goesmann, of Sarasota, for $430,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $620,000 in 2005.

Phillippi Gardens
Jeffrey Azpell, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2605 Constitution Blvd. to Ernest Goggio Jr., of Oconomowoc, Wis., for $412,5000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,755 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2004.

Castel Del Mare
Lawrence and Jennifer Goichman, of Stanford, Conn., sold their Unit 404 condominium at 1602 Stickney Point Road to Robert and Justine Surabian, of Stoneham, Mass., for $326,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,500 in 1999.

Willowbrook
John and Janet Zoda, of Brooksville, sold their home at 9064 Willowbrook Drive to John and Charlotte Hawke, of Sarasota, for $305,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,238 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2005.

Pelican Cove
Karen Helm, trustee, sold the Unit T-138 condominium at 1704 Pelican Cove Road to Marshall and Marian Raser, of Pittsfield, Mass., for $275,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,841 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2007.

Richard Jennings and Laura Jensen-Jennings, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2559 Riverview Court to John Butts and Jessica Fajardo, of Sarasota, for $274,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,382 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2003.

Carol Sandrock, of Red Bank, N.J., sold her home at 3205 Woodberry Lane to Frank and Thelma Guerrini and Karin Guerrini, of Harrisburg, Pa., for $231,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,569 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $52,000 in 1998.

Ellen and Henry Mason, trustees, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 3985 Robert Point Road to Iren and Valerie Pober, of Sarasota, for $1,725,000. The first property, built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,417 square feet of living area. The second property, built in 1981, it has one bedroom, one bath and 858 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $525,000 in 1998.

Midnight Sea
Milton and Florence Johnson, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 6786 condominium at 6786 Sarasea Circle to John and Carolyn Wagner, of Sarasota, for $415,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2013.

Amber Gateman sold her Unit G-10 condominium at 1315 Moonmist Drive to Johannes and Janet Brongers, of Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,326 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 2000.

La Siesta
George and Marcia Alexander, trustees, sold the Unit 212 condominium at 925 Beach Road to Marcianna Alexander, of Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $45,500 in 1977.

Sherwell Projects Inc. sold the Unit 107 condominium at 925 Beach Road to Salt City Homes LLC for $340,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 940 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1990.

Threebs Investments LLC sold the Unit 104 condominium at 116 Vista Hermosa Circle to Eric and Ellison Wheeler, of Lafayette, Ind., for $225,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2006.
