The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 12 and Jan. 16.

A home in River Club North tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Scott and Karen Harllee, of Anna Maria, sold their home at 6014 Glen Abbey Lane to Patrick and Susan Mackey, of Bradenton, for $675,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $372,000 in 2003.

Rosedale Golf and Tennis Club
Donald and Betty Deburn, of St. Petersburg, sold their home at 4731 88th St. E. to Sarah Sinclair, of Bradenton, for $590,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,835 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2004.

River Club South
Dewayne and Donna Harvey, of Tallahassee, sold their home at 9972 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Robert Keen, of Bradenton, for $570,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,805 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Joseph Tocci and Stacy Tocci, of Bradenton, sold their home at 13414 Goldfinch Drive to Michael and Stephanie Glismann, of Bradenton, for $549,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,935 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2005.

Watercrest
Marilyn and Howard Pritchard, of Loudon, Tenn., sold their Unit 201 condominium at 6380 Watercrest Way to Michael Delich, of Omaha, Neb., for $544,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $870,000 in 2006.

Rosedale Highlands
Harbig and Mary Garabedian, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 5220 97th St. E. to Bruce and Phyllis Coggeshall, of Falmouth, Maine, for $455,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,501 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2004.

Bridgewater at Lakewood Ranch
Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 13016 Belknap Place to Dale and Carrie Almond, of Lakewood Ranch, for $400,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,239 square feet of living area.

Larry and Louise Danelishen sold their home at 5319 Vaccaro Court to Steve and Jacqueline Faruzzo, of Kings Park, N.Y., for $364,900. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,931 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,900 in 2012.

Planter’s Manor at Greenfield Plantation
Tina and William Coleman, of Bradenton, sold their home at 639 Planters Manor Way to Bradley and Angela Reeves, of Bradenton, for $339,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,474 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2007.

Timothy and Cheryl Mooney sold their home at 7126 Sandhills Place to Marie Branch, of Lakewood Ranch, for $334,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2011.

Christopher and Amy La Selva, of Ft. Myers, sold their home at 11907 Forest Park Circle to William Murphy and Linda Butler, trustees, of Bradenton, for $308,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,900 in 2012.

Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 6885 Willowshire Way to Bradley Haas, of Cincinnati, for $292,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,908 square feet of living area.

C.T. Johnson, of Bradenton, sold his home at 6626 Tailfeather Way to Christine Frees, of Summit, N.J., for $280,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2009.

Kimberly and Mark Campbell, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8076 Glenbrooke Lane to Patrick and Megan Lui, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,340 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,900 in 2004.

Fairway Lakes at Palm-Aire Country Club
Vladimir and Makedonka Kitanovski, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7523 Fairlinks Court to Maryanne Telese and Stephen Lusmann, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $262,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,838 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $159,900 in 1999.

Donald and Karen Nielsen, of Bay City, Wis., sold their Unit 914 condominium at 7149 River Hammock Drive to Jack and Kathleen Mrozak, of Troy, N.Y., for $200,000. Built in 2012, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $184,000 in 2012.
