A home in Casey Cove tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Franziska Schaefer, of Basel, Switzerland, sold the home at 904 Casey Cove Drive to Irving Rothman, of Chatham, N.J., for $883,300. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 4,600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2 million in 2010.

SARASOTA
Fishermen’s Bay
Philip and Marjory Campbell, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8901 Fishermens Bay Drive to James Brooksbank, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,580 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $560,000 in 2008.

Desota Park
Mary and David Barry, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1917 Hibiscus St. to Dorothy and Thomas Reed, of Carlisle, Pa., for $739,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,225 square feet of living area.

Matthew Lind, of Littleton, Colo., sold the home at 1026 Pomelo Ave. to Allen and Christine Ottoson, of Sarasota, for $433,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,500 in 2002.

Diane Watry, of Chicago, sold her home at 1919 Orchid St. to Andrea Couture, of Sarasota, for $410,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,371 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $286,000 in 2003.

John Nguyen and Jessica Firestone, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, sold their home at 1942 Magnolia St. to D.R. Horton Inc. for $300,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 924 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $75,400 in 2001.

Sesame Acres
Cynthia Thieme sold her home at 2533 Sesame St. to Thomas and Jennifer Fitzgerald, of Geneva, N.Y., for $410,000. Built in 1977, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,591 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $198,500 in 1996.

Victor DeRenzi and Stephanie Sundine, of New York City, sold their Unit 504 condominium at 707 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Mountain Harbor LLC for $400,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,262 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,000 in 1998.

Dencora Services Management Inc. sold two properties at 2113 Olentary St. to Justin Champa, of New York City, for $245,000. The first, built in 1936, has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet of living area. The second, built in 1973, has two bedrooms, one bath and 954 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $50,000 in 2013.

Ryeva Properties LLC sold the home at 3173 Regatta Circle to Connie Boniecki, of Grand Blanc, Mich., for $236,300. Built in 1964, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,476 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $93,000 in 1993.
