Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch home sells for $1.8 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 15 and June 19. A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Wilson and Daihanna Alvarez, of El Dorado Hills, Calif., sold their home at 6927 Westchester Circle to Echo Crossings Associates LLC for $1.8 million. Built in 2001, it has six bedrooms, five and a half baths, a pool and 10,144 square feet of living area. 

Heritage Harbour
Petr Kratochvil, of Sarasota, sold the home at 7214 Heritage Grand Place to James and Janice Hicks, of Bradenton, for $705,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,948 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $522,300 in 2010.

Kyle and Stephany Cox sold their home at 6745 Wild Lake Terrace to David and Robyn Hughes, of Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2013.

Trevor and Terra Layton sold their home at 6512 The Masters Ave. to Todd and Allison Birdsall, of Lakewood Ranch, for $669,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,469 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2012.

Tito and Cynthia Cesa, of Ontario, Canada, sold their home at 7729 Lake Forest Glen to Elizabeth Vogt and Roger Vogt, trustees, of Simsbury, Conn., for $580,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,669 square feet of living area.
