A woman reported that she found an arrow with a broadhead hunting tip stuck in her front lawn. She wasn't aware of any neighbors who shoot bows and arrows in their yards, and she has no idea where it came from.

Civil problem
A woman called police because she was upset with her roommate, who had gone into her room and taken her can of Lysol disinfectant spray.
The woman alerted her landlord, and when she learned the landlord didn't plan to do anything about it, she called the police. Officers asked the roommate if he had the can. He said he did and attempted to return it, but the woman did not accept it and refused to further speak with officers.

Fight
A woman called police to report that during an argument at the beach, her friend ripped the grill off the front of her truck. The woman wanted officers to escort her to recover the grill, which was on the side of the road. When they arrived, the friend was sitting near the grill, intoxicated and slurring her speech.
She had a small cut on her eyebrow and was complaining of a sore jaw. She said a mutual friend had choked her and hit her, but she was no longer present for questioning, and nobody had witnessed it. The woman was taken to Sarasota Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

Trespassing
The owner of a bar told officers that two people were eating in the restaurant and started smoking, so he asked them to leave and they refused.
The officer confronted the two, who were intoxicated, and asked if they understood the bar owner when he asked them to leave. They left without incident.
