Four-bedroom Lido Key home sells for $2.8 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 29 and July 3.

A home on Lido tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Leslie and Lois Fishman, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1070 Westway Drive to Stuart and Gail Barzman, of Kiawah Island, S.C., for $2.8 million. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,733 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $655,000 in 1993.

Regent Place
Keith Mulhare, Drew Mulhare and Lisa Sanderson, of New York City, sold their Unit 27B condominium at 675 Longboat Club Road to 675 Longboat Club Road LLC for $2.7 million. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 3,139 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,045,000 in 1995.

Grand Bay
Laurence Hall and Jacquelin Dallis sold their Unit 261 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Robert Buckler, trustee, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $1,695,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $975,000 in 2012.

Country Club Shores
Erzsebet Delia, of Norwalk, Conn., sold her home at 512 Yawl Lane to R&R Longboat Key LLC for $960,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,473 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $577,500 in 2014.

Corey’s Landing
Susan Foreman, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 3585 Mistletoe Lane to Janis Krums, of Sarasota, for $875,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $845,000 in 2004.

Emerald Harbor
Mahendra Saxena sold the home at 5971 Emerald Harbor Drive to Daniel McArdle, of England, United Kingdom, for $825,000. Built in 1961, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,658 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1989.

Bird Key
Thomas Malone, trustee, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, sold the home at 242 Robin Drive to Michelle Mitchell, trustee, of W. Hollywood, Calif., for $795,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,498 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2010.

Linda Smith, of Lake Forest, Ill., and Nancy Armstrong, of Roanoke, Va., personal representatives, sold the home at 475 Partridge Circle to Diana Kelly, of Sarasota, for $650,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,223 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2003.

Beachplace
John and Elizabeth Reardon, of Suffolk, N.Y., sold their Unit 405 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Catherine Tansey, of Dix Hills, N.Y., for $687,500. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $608,700 in 2013.

Longboat Key
Robert and Tami Charlton sold their home at 545 Rountree Drive to Anthony and Diana Paul, of Longboat Key, for $611,500. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,621 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 1999.

Longboat Terrace
Bradley and Nancy Ytterberg, of Clayton, Mo., sold their Unit 218 condominium at 5393 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John and Catherine Jennings, of Glenview, Ill., for $607,500. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,356 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2010.

Steven and Ida Witham, of Alexandria, Ky., sold their Unit 9-A condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Gail Zittel, trustee, of Sarasota, for $597,500. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1992.

Lido Beach Club
Thomas and Robert Heenan, trustees, sold the Unit 806 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Robert and Deborah Tucker, of Sarasota, for $570,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 1993.

Sand Cay
Josephine Sanfilippo, trustee, of Woodbridge, Va., sold the Unit 320 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to AFP Services LLC for $529,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,104 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $100,000 in 1979.

Ronald and Sylvia Hall, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 805 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to Mert Aksu, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $525,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1986.

Milton and Catalina Hendrickson, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 22 condominium at 7175 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Matthew and Laureen Vassallo, of Lakewood Ranch, for $490,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2014.

Jonathan and Alene Pettus, of Sarasota, sold their home at 415 Sapphire Drive to Steven Weinberger and Leandra Little, of Sarasota, for $475,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $94,900 in 1995.

Dean Favot, of Ontario, Canada, sold his Unit 3 condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas Healy and Beverly Healy, trustees, of Marshfield, Mass., for $385,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $317,000 in 2014.

Jerome and Gail Wutka, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 304 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ernest and Lisa Preston, of Bayport, N.Y., for $337,400. Built in 1978, it has one bedroom, one and a half baths and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1998.

Louise Miller, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 180 condominium at 6750 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Walter Boyer, trustee, of Bradenton, for $333,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,287 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 1999.

Pamela Jelleme, trustee, of Nantucket, Mass., sold the Unit 105 condominium at 682 Spanish Drive S. to William Kopp, of Schenectady, N.Y., for $270,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,419 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,000 in 2002.
