The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 29 and July 3. A condominium in La Bellasara tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ronald Palmer, of Orlando, sold his Unit 401 condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to Michael Weir and Mirian Graddick-Weir, of Morristown, N.J., for $2,375,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 3,384 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2 million in 2009.
