Three-bedroom Bird Key home sells for $1,670,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 6 and July 10.

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Paul Welch, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 524 N. Spoonbill Drive to Harvey Sheldon and Laura Traeger, of Ft. Lauderdale, for $1,670,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,425 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,150,000 in 2012.

Country Club Shores
The Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 560 Outrigger Lane to Heather Sloan, of Ontario, Canada, for $714,000. Built in 1963, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,917 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,404,000 in 2004.

Longboat Key Yacht and Tennis Club
Eugene and Susan Hunter, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 404 condominium at 4215 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Jenifer Sunter, of Winchester, Va., for $679,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2004.

Cedars West of Longboat Key
Midtown Enterprises LLC sold the Unit 206 condominium at 5655 Gulf of Mexico Drive to SHSR LLC for $575,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2009.

Seymour and Jayne Weiss, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 103 condominium at 5655 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brendan and Claire O’Connor, of W. Boylston, Mass., for $565,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $775,000 in 2006.

Longbeach Village
Eugene Jaleski and William Stolz, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 24 condominium at 7095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Crystal and Robert Howard, of Altamonte Springs, for $485,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area.

Max and Gudrun Swanson, of Ottawa, Canada, sold their Unit G5-202-A condominium at 1965 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Kathleen Larson, of Minneapolis, for $435,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2000.

Frederick Maibach Jr., trustee, of Lake Placid, sold the Unit M1-606-F condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul Pugielli, of Longboat Key, for $397,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2013.

Richard and Michelle Kase sold their Unit 103 condominium at 3630 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Rubber Realty LLC for $415,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $612,500 in 2004.

1434320 Ontario Inc., Braelau Holdings Inc., 695835 Ontario Ltd. and Lazer Capital Corp. sold the Unit 204 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to Scott Gorley, of Canfield, Ohio, for $405,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2009.

Lido Harbour Towers
Lana and Richard Merritt and Ann Merritt, of Carmel, Ind., sold their Unit 206 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John and Patricia Alterisio, of Burlington, Mass., for $350,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,211 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $383,000 in 2004.

Linden Group Health Services Inc. sold the Unit 207 condominium at 1425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kenneth Van Spankeren Jr. and Judy Brennan, trustees, of River Forest, Ill., for $315,000. Anne Tierney and Peter Shapland, trustees, of Boston, sold the Unit 206 condominium at 751 Spanish Drive S. to Susan Moore, of Marietta, Ga., for $260,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $116,000 in 1996.
