"I am very excited for this next chapter as I get back to health care operations," said Sylvester in a statement. "I love working with a large team and providing safe and high-quality care for elders. Superior quality has always been my focus, my driving force. And with the current chaos in the healthcare industry, comes opportunity. I humbly accept this very important role and I am honored by the trust these leaders have placed in me as we move forward."
