The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 6 and July 10. A home in Richmond Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas Sizer and M. Ashley Butler sold their home at 8014 Collingwood Court to James and Bonita Seitz, of University Park, for $860,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2006.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Patti Nibert sold her home at 15324 Helmsdale Place to Dominick and Mirta Donato, of Lakewood Ranch, for $647,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,478 square feet of living area. 

Greenbrook Village
Paul and Karen Tobio sold their home at 13339 Swallowtail Drive to Scott and Nicole McGuigan, of Dacula, Ga., for $635,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,381 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2007. 

Ronald and Christy Comito, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6619 Coopers Hawk Court to Erika Ynga and Mark Zmiyiwski, of Lakewood Ranch, for $607,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,892 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in March.
