A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter and Diana Wilcox, of University Park, sold their home at 13718 Matanzas Place to Kelvin Goon and Judith Voss, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.5 million. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,894 square feet of living area.

Susan Gallo, trustee, and Thomas Gallo, of Bradenton, sold the home at 14704 Secret Harbor Place to Stephen and Sally Croom, of Shreveport, La., for $635,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,442 square feet of living area.
