A condominium in Tower Residence tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter and Arlene Haleas, trustees, of Oak Brook, Ill., sold the Unit 1403 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Richard and Clare Segall and Jay Webber, trustees, of Sarasota, for $2.6 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,985 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2005.

Nokomis: $390,000

Richard and Helen Alderton, of Watersmeet, Mich., sold their home at 2014 Tocobaga Lane to James and Martha Fugitt, of Nokomis, for $390,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2012.   

Osprey: $1.15 million

John and Vancene Robenalt, of Sarasota, sold their home at 505 Velasquez Drive to John and C. Beth Alogna, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.15 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,359 square feet of living area.

Angelo and Wendy Ingorvaia, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7637 Cove Terrace to Garrett and Karen Wickham, of Ann Arbor, Mich., for $1.5 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two half-baths, a pool and 3,799 square feet of living area.
