A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William and Sandra Dietrich, of Naples, sold their home at 6931 Winners Circle to Dan Yuan, of Bradenton, for $1.44 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, five and a half baths, a pool and 6,106 square feet of living area.

Robert and Frances Vaka, of Cary, N.C., sold their home at 7503 Eaton Court to Daniel and Kathleen Hendricks, of Santa Fe, N.M., for $610,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,880 square feet of living area.

Riverdale Revised
Linda Ripley, trustee, of Woodstock, Ga., sold the home at 4711 Pinnacle Drive to Peter and Kristi Cimbolic, of Blacklick, Ohio, for $515,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,626 square feet of living area. 

Gail Gutoski sold her home at 4412 Shark Drive to Damian Randis, of Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2013.

Lynn Chancer, of University Park, sold the home at 6731 Coyote Ridge Court to Yevgeniy and Anna Shleyzer, of University Park, for $480,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,039 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $457,000 in 2007.
