Bird Key home sells for $3.85 million

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Vincent and Patricia DiPano sold their home at 627 Mourning Dove Drive to Jeffrey and Donna Farber, of Sarasota, for $3.85 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, two half-baths, a pool and 5,668 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4,475,000 in 2007.

Michael and Sonya Goldwasser, of Sarasota, sold their home at 506 N. Spoonbill Drive to Roger and Margarete Kilgore, of Longboat Key, for $1,587,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 4,044 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2003.

Dennis Genter, of New London, N.H., sold his home at 660 N. Owl Drive to Jonathan and Yvette Sellyn, of Sarasota, for $870,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,962 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $705,000 in 2008.

Collier-Walker
Triton Bend II LLC sold the home at 607 Triton Blvd. to Diana Harmas, of Carmel, Ind., for $1,375,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,317 square feet of living area.

Bay Isles
Randy Sellari, of Bryn Mawr, Pa., sold the home at 3661 Bayou Circle to Joanne Salerno, trustee, of Oradell, N.J., for $962,500. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,609 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2005.

The Players Club
Patricia Weintraub, of Ft. Collins, Colo., and Jane Olian, of New York City, sold their Unit 503 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph Contorno and Elaine Linker, of Longboat Key, for $940,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,188 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 1984.

Promenade
Mark and Elaine Beck, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 807 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alexander and Emilia Kiss, of Land O’Lakes, for $740,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,827 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 1996.

John Ringling Estates
Terrence Kups, of Sarasota, sold his home at 331 N. Washington Drive to Mary Sims, of Sarasota, for $650,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,731 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2002.

Westchester
James Moser, of Rochester, N.Y., sold his Unit 206 condominium at 4825 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Patricia LaMonica, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., for $600,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area.

Tarawitt Drive
James and Karen Holbrook, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 710 Tarawitt Drive to Rollyson Investment Inc. for $595,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2012.

Sand Cay
Epoch Trading Ltd. sold the Unit 305 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LBK Condos Crop. for $500,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,120 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,000 in 1997.

Nautilus Longboat Village
Elizabeth McCoy, of Waterloo, Iowa, sold the Unit 13 condominium at 7065 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Christopher and Christine Williams, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for $410,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $160,000 in 1987.

Cedars East
John and Elizabeth Wild, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 2 condominium at 854 Evergreen Way to Christine Cox, of Lawrenceville, N.J., for $290,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,500 in 2003.

Longboat Beachcomber
Alvin and Rose Panitch, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 505 condominium at 2721 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Pinpoint Properties LLC for $270,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2007.

Longboat Harbour
Mary Melican, trustee, of St. Clair Shores, Mich., sold the Unit 103 condominium at 4330 Falmouth Drive to Charles Dinoflo, of Oaklawn, Ill., for $235,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1996.

Anthony and Joan Mitola, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., sold their Unit 506 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Henry and Rosanna Valenzuela, of Tampa, for $2 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,017 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,450,000 in 2005.

Lido Harbour South
Thomas Couston, trustee, sold the Unit 301 condominium at 2100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James Turner, trustee, of Sarasota, for $285,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $99,500 in 1991.
