Country Club Village home tops real-estate sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 8 and June 12. A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Fay Lazaris, of Lakewood Ranch, sold her home at 6827 Turnberry Isle Court to Robert and Susan Graff, of Bradenton, for $607,500. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,474 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2012.

Rosedale Highlands
Doris Cranford sold her home at 5009 96th St. E. to Robert McCreery and Eleanor Wallbank McCreery, of Bradenton, for $570,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,227 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $533,000 in 2011.

Darlene Walters, of Franklin, Ind., sold her home at 5259 97th St. E. to John and Renee McFadden, of Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,383 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2008.

Albert Linehan, trustee, of Port Huron, Mich., sold the home at 6561 The Masters Ave. to David Sciabica, of Lakewood Ranch, for $554,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,773 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $434,500 in 2010.
