Lido Beach home sells for $2.3 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 8 and June 12. A home on Lido Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James Cannon, trustee, and Virginia Bailey, of Baltimore, sold the home at 277 S. Polk Drive to John Crowder and Elizabeth Crowder, trustees, of McLean, Va., for $2.3 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.3 million in 2004.

Corey’s Landing
Bruce Simon, of New York City, sold the home at 3440 Mistletoe Lane to Joseph Angileri and Julie Douse-Angileri, trustees, of Franklin, Mich., for $1,580,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,065,000 in 2001. 

Bay Isles
Donna Dolan, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3272 Bayou Road to Catherine Wilt and David Wilt, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $900,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,745 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $755,000 in 2001.

Beachplace
Betty Bononi and Larry Bonomi, trustees, sold the Unit 603 condominium at 1135 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Young Choo and Suh Kim, of Phoenix, Md., for $840,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores
Drew and Shannon Link sold their home at 521 Wedge Lane to Roy and Elyse James, of Riverside, Conn., for $840,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,677 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $770,000 in 2014.

Sea Gate Club
Thomas and Diane Allison, of Palos Park, Ill., sold their Unit 13F condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Linda Marek, of Tampa, for $780,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2000.

Westchester
Lorraine Keady, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 302 condominium at 4835 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Beth Uffner, trustee, of New York City, for $650,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2002.

Privateer North
Gage McNally LLC sold the Unit 905 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to Phillip Wolff, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $649,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2011.

Privateer South
Monica Neate, of Ontario, Canada, sold her Unit 705 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to Mary Antonucci and John Fromen Jr., trustees, of Williamsville, N.Y., for $570,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $173,000 in 1990.

Seaplace
Joseph and Albina Leonzio, of Scarsdale, N.Y., sold their Unit G1-205-C condominium at 2089 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ronald and Mary Gemma, of Indianapolis, for $345,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2005.

Caroline Stewart, trustee, of Venice, sold the home at 444 S. Polk Drive to Olaf Lava 444 LLC for $740,000. Built in 1946, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,272 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1996.

Lido Ambassador
Peter Newbury Jr. and Kimberly Rush, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 709 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Mary Ellen Fricchione and Patrick Fricchione, trustees, of Clarks Summit, Pa., for $610,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $83,700 in 1978.

David and Judith Zoetewey, trustees, of Cave Creek, Ariz., sold the Unit 310 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Frank Curro and Lois Curro, trustees, of Mays Landing, N.J., for $350,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,125 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1999.

Lido Harbour South
John Glynn, trustee, sold the Unit 503 condominium at 2110 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Linda Mitchell, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1995.

Lido Towers
Robert Sikkel, trustee, of Holland, Mich., sold the Unit 503 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Kylido LLC for $289,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, one and a half baths and 813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2014.
