A condominium in Villa Di Lancia tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Balit, of Quebec, Canada, sold his Unit 244 condominium at 2185 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Andrew and Janet Hartman, of Towson, Md., for $1.8 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 2,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,725,000 in 2013.

Bird Key
Donald and Margery Hetzel, of Lakeville, Conn., sold their home at 607 Owl Way to 607 Owl Way LLC for $740,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,768 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $477,000 in 2011.

The Aquarius Club
2432780 Ontario Inc. sold the Unit 608 condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Diane Marsh, of Wheaton, Ill., for $541,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $524,600 in April.

Longbeach Village
Patricia Dupps, trustee, of Middleton, Ohio, sold the Unit 23 condominium at 7001 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jorge Velez and Olga Linares, of Coral Gables, for $515,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $815,000 in 2005.

Sands Point
Richard and Marsha Crawford, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Robert Schlytter, trustee, of Greenfield, Wis., for $459,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2007.

Lido Regency
Rita Golding sold her Unit 10-F condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Amin and Yolanda Rahme, of Atlanta, for $370,000. Built in 1968, it has one bedroom, one and a half baths and 981 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $107,000 in 1997.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
James and Virginia Lopez, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 116 condominium at 594 Spanish Drive S. to Kathleen and John Quinn, of Lindenhurst, N.Y., for $340,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,427 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $213,100 in 2002.

Lido Harbour South
Julia Quick and William McLean, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 104 condominium at 2100 Benjamin Franklin to Fabrice and Melissa Brenot, of Manchester, N.H., for $262,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area.

Longboat Harbour
Michael and Robin Mazzone, of Park City, Utah, sold their Unit 108 condominium at 4330 Falmouth Drive to Vincent and Donna Flynn, of Stockbridge, Mass., for $250,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2013.
