A home in Heathfield tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. W. Edward and Deirdre Tarr, of Bluffton, S.C., sold their home at 7663 Heathfield Court to Steven and Marion Davis, of Pennington, N.J., for $735,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,101 square feet of living area.

Philip and Marcia Kleinschmidt sold their home at 6728 The Masters Ave. to Thomas and Audrey Reed, of Huntingdon, Pa., for $544,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,802 square feet of living area. 

Watercrest
Steven Avery and Leslie Talbot, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their Unit 401 condominium at 6340 Watercrest Way to James Soper and Jennifer and James Soper, of Lakewood Ranch, for $535,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,376 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $408,500 in 2012.

Danny and Paula Druen sold their home at 5232 88th St. E. to Clyde and Marcia Andrews, of Bradenton, for $499,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,354 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $484,000 in 2013.
