Country Club Village home sells for $1.32 million

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Alan and Cheryl Town, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 12603 Elgin Terrace to Dennis Koshier, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.32 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,297 square feet of living area. 

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Laurie Tobin, trustee, of Naples, sold the home at 14632 Newtonmore Lane to Arvind and Sashi Parthasarathi, of North Branford, Conn., for $500,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,279 square feet of living area. 

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Michael and Sandra Cannata, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7750 Camden Harbour Drive to Charles and Mary Carpeta, of N. Myrtle Beach, S.C., for $480,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,996 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $496,100 in 2004.

Kenwood Park
Elyse Pressner and Eva Megerle sold their home at 8404 Abingdon Court to Karol Ross, trustee, of Birmingham, Mich., for $465,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,338 square feet of living area.

Robert Sambursky and Victoria Sambursky sold their home at 13946 Wood Duck Circle to John and Gail Hyer, of Lakewood Ranch, for $436,900. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $555,500 in 2005.

Todd and Regina Thoma sold their home at 6408 Indigo Bunting Place to Timothy and Heather Bellaire, of Bradenton, for $425,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,085 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $363,500 in 2004. 

Brian and Nicole Branch, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13503 Glossy Ibis Place to Brian East, of Bradenton, for $285,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,386 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $251,000 in 2002.
