Lighthouse Point home sells for $3,012,500

A home in Lighthouse Point tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter Trematerra, of Gainesville, sold his home at 65 Lighthouse Point Drive to Mary Michels, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $3,012,500. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.96 million in 2014.

Country Club Shores
Joseph Toy and Shannon Ware, of Lexington, Ky., sold their home at 560 Putting Green Lane to Barry and Gail Finn, of St. Charles, Ill., for $705,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,616 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2010.

Harbour Links at Longboat Key Club
Bruce and Toby Lee, of Osprey, sold their Unit 2023 condominium at 2023 Harbour Links Drive to Michael and Sue Boorstein, trustees, of Fairfax, Va., for $669,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2004.

Water Club 
Martha Noyes, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 109 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey and Claudia Keenan, of Longboat Key, for $640,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,000 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 1999.

Beachplace
Diego Guerrero, of Orlando and Cynthia Guerrero Gentile sold their Unit 405 condominium at 1095 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Eric and Valerie McCartney, of Longboat Key, for $625,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $969,000 in 2005.

Islands West
Paul Obletz sold his Unit 8-B condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Harrison Easop, trustee, of Williamsburg, Va., for $599,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,491 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1995.

Longboat Key Estates
Nicholas and Ann Angelastro, of Sarasota, sold their home at 581 Kingfisher Lane to Mayfair One Call LLC for $502,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,094 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 1999.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Richard and Joyce Eagan sold their Unit Q-1 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond and Patricia Kearns, of Ridgewood, N.J., for $360,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $129,000 in 1991

Longboat Harbour
Robert and Susan Harris, of Fulton, Ga., sold their Unit 306 condominium at 4340 Falmouth Drive to George Beatty Jr. and Constance Beatty, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $290,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,000 in 2003.

Financial Research of Delaware Inc. sold the Unit 107 condominium at 2110 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Edward Roche, of Holliston, Mass., for $480,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2014.

Lido Towers
Gail Glintenkamp, trustee, Lucy Glintenkamp and Gary Glintenkamp sold the Unit 510 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Dennis and Andrea Plautz, of Leonardtown, Md., for $323,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1991.
