Albemarle and Sloane Garden homes both sell for $1 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 2 and March 6. Two homes top this week’s real estate. The first home is located in Albemarle. W. Dale and Marie Hess, of Fallston, Md., sold their home at 6722 Chancery Place to Robert Thomson, of Ontario, Canada, for $1 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,674 square feet of living area. 

The second home is located in Sloane Gardens. Peter Pasold, of Bradenton, sold his home at 7910 Sloane Gardens Court to Richard Weatherstone, of Essex, United Kingdom, for $1 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,507 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,137,200 in 2004.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Aaron and Laura Cheesman sold their home at 15404 Linn Park Terrace to Rodger and Elizabeth Cerritelli, of Hummelstown, Pa., for $867,000. Built in 2012, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,310 square feet of living area. 

Thomas and Kerry Howard, of Northville, Mich., sold their home at 14618 Secret Harbor Place to Roy Templin, trustee, of Indianapolis, for $675,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,392 square feet of living area. 

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Donald and Jeanne Leonard, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7040 Beechmont Terrace to John O’Connor Jr. and Paula O’Connor, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $640,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,958 square feet of living area.

Jacqueline and Dennis Boege, trustees, of Ponte Vedra, sold the home at 7531 Mizner Reserve Court to Steven Edwards, trustee, of Bradenton, for $619,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,485 square feet of living area.

Larry and Beverly Barnes sold their home at 7224 Lismore Court to Michele and Frank Wieckowski, of S. Barrington, Ill., for $485,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $351,800 in 2009.

Gloria Small, of Paducah, Ky., sold her home at 12013 Thornhill Court to Mark and Joelle Kuron, of Park Ridge, N.J., for $275,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,098 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $334,400 in 2012.

River Club North
Emanuel and Carolyn Troise, of Independence, Ohio, sold their home at 6517 Spyglass Lane to Robert and Clementine Rounds, of Bradenton, for $560,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $780,000 in 2007.

Mote Ranch
Eva Lambert, of Savannah, Ga., sold her home at 6107 Stillwater Court to Ralph and Carolann Garafola, of Bradenton, for $530,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,944 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $366,200 in 1998.

Pomello Park
Dennis Dodd Jr. and Maribeth MacConel sold their home at 25616 81st Ave. E. to Roy and Christine Orkins, of Myakka City, for $525,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,707 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2011.

Arbor Lakes
Brian and Mary Jane Lovrey, of Gulf Shores, Ala., sold their home at 6104 Saddlehorn Ave. to Roger and Marian Lemesh, of Sarasota, for $490,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2011.

Cardel Homes U.S. Ltd. Partnership sold the home at 11514 Gramercy Park Ave. to Geoff and Tonya Womeldorph, of Bradenton, for $488,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,268 square feet of living area.  

Bridgewater at Lakewood Ranch
Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 13012 Belknap Place to Ben Pratt, of Ft. Myers, and Timothy and Lori Chesser, of Jarrettsville, Md., for $465,000. Built in 2014, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,438 square feet of living area.

Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 13009 Ramblewood Trail to Ben Pratt, of Ft. Myers, and Juan Garaygordobil, of Bradenton, for $457,500. Built in 2014, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,577 square feet of living area. 

River Club South
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 7526 Tori Way to Michael and Schuyler Galliano, of Bradenton, for $370,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,744 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2004.

Planters Manor at Greenfield Plantation
Richard and Agatha Tresky, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 9622 Summer House Lane to Carmen Rojas-Rafter, of Bradenton, for $349,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $455,000 in 2005.

Heritage Harbour
Global Line II LLC sold the home at 409 River Enclave Court to Tejal and Catherine Mehta, of Ontario, Canada, for $346,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,840 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,000 in 2009.

Michael Lochead and Catherine Lochead, trustees, of Denver, sold the Unit 37 condominium at 8280 Miramar Way to Lynn Nucci, of Lakewood Ranch, for $346,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2012.

Mary Wade and John Tweed, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4204 14th Ave. E. to Gilbert and Kathleen Birdwell, of Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,974 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $139,900 in 1992.
