Abner and Ilse Delman, of Longboat Key, sold their Units 344 and 345 condominiums at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Richard and Deborah Cronin, of Longboat Key, for $775,000. Built in 1984, they have three bedrooms, three baths and 2,462 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $875,000 in 2005.
Steven and Paula Posar, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 326 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Lisa Pollack and Mark Milchman, of Demarest, N.J., for $403,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2012.

Larry Diemand and Beth Yauman, of Concord, Ohio, sold their Unit 2 condominium at 5851 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Elizabeth Pellnat, of Getzville, N.Y., for $500,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2004.

John and Mary Hartigan, trustees, of Omaha, Neb., sold the Unit 303 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marc Micozzi and Carole O’Leary, of Longboat Key, for $230,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $157,500 in 1999.
