Employees of FIFI’s Fine Resale, in Lakewood Ranch, surprised owner Judith Williams April 15 with an in-store party to commemorate the store’s fourth anniversary.

“I work in the store and was there with Judith when she opened this store April 15, 2011,” employee Mary Puncec says. “We are all so very proud of her.”
