A home in Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. H.R. and Sandra Browning, trustees, of Boerne, Texas, sold the home at 7605 Haddington Cove to Michael and Melanie Arnone, of Boca Grande, for $957,500. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,955 square feet of living area.

Steven and Donna Jablo, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7910 Royal Birkdale Circle to Harvey Schwartz and Alicia Polsky, of Bradenton, for $710,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,599 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,000 in 2009.  

Leila Grad, of Prussia, Pa., sold the home at 7915 Treesdale Glen to Jason and Julie Lazaris, of Lakewood Ranch, for $610,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $619,500 in 2008.

Andrew and Diane Semple, of Bradenton, sold their home at 22587 Morning Glory Circle to David and Stacy White, of Lakewood Ranch, for $707,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,587 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $584,000 in 2012.
