Patricia Scanlan, personal representative, of Decatur, Ill., sold the Unit 134 condominium at 2165 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Michelene Lepczyk, of Grosse Pointe, Mich., for $1.5 million. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,448 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $646,300 in 1996.

Gerald Biller, of Sarasota, Richard Biller, of Deerfield, Ill., David Biller, of Manhattan, Kansas, trustees, and Robert and Joan Biller, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit B-204 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Kelly and Eva Ann King, of Winston-Salem, N.C., for $1,225,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 2,590 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 1991.

Robert and Nortrud Loy, of Doylestown, Pa., sold their home at 602 Weston Pointe Court to Joseph and Regina Platano, of Longboat Key, for $710,000.
