A house on Longboat Key sold for $4.19 million on May 8.

David and Wendy Leventhal, of Coldwell Banker, listed the home, which is on 55 Lighthouse Point Drive. Linda Dickinson, of Michael Saunders & Co., sold the home.

The 6,159-square-foot home was built in 1995 and in 2002, underwent a $2 million renovation, adding 1,500 square feet. The house has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

The interior of the home includes a den with a fireplace, wet bar, two wine coolers that can fit 180 bottles, acid-washed marble flooring and mahogany front doors. The kitchen includes two SubZero refrigerators, a stainless six-burner gas ranger and a walk-in pantry.

The exterior of the home features a saltwater heated pool and spa, a 13,000-pound boatlift and a kitchen.
